Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PrivatePlayHub website, dashboard, and license-issuance services (the "Service") operated by PrivatePlayHub ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.

2. The Software & Licensing

The Service issues license keys for the PrivatePlayHub self-hosted CMS. Use of the Software is governed by our separate License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated here by reference.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: sharing license keys, attempting to bypass entitlement or licensing controls, using the Service to facilitate copyright infringement, or interfering with the Service's operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring (monthly or yearly) basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions are not affected until renewal.

5. Content Responsibility

We do not host, transmit, or store your video content — the Software runs on your server. You are solely responsible for all content you distribute using the Software and must own or hold the rights to it. See our DMCA / content responsibility clause in the EULA.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your licenses remain governed by the EULA (typically expiring at the end of the paid period).

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or the dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
